MARITIME · LAYTIME & DEMURRAGE · WEATHER-AT-PORT

Weather working days, with receipts.

Laytime and demurrage disputes are chronically settled on weather records: did conditions at the port qualify as weather working time, or was the interruption real? Owners argue from statements of facts and logbooks, charterers answer with third-party weather letters bought after the fact, and both sides pay for the argument. This page returns one signed, independently re-verifiable record of the port's current conditions, marine state and context, produced at the moment it mattered. Every reading is archived, so what the sources said at time T stays re-checkable when the claim lands months later.

LIVE

A signed record of the port, right now.

Enter the port city, and optionally the berth or anchorage coordinates for a marine reading. Dynamic Feed records the live conditions from named public sources and returns one Ed25519-signed Decision Receipt produced by /v1/answer. Nothing is mocked and nothing is stored about you.

temperature, wind, precipitation and conditions are recorded as observed evidence; add coordinates to attach a marine reading (sea state) for the same moment
WHY IT MATTERS

Demurrage claims are decided on records.

When a weather working day is contested, the master's log and the terminal's statement of facts are each one party's own word, and the weather letter arrives long after the rain did. A contemporaneous record from an independent witness, signed at the moment, carrying its source and observation time, and verifiable years later against a published key, is corroboration both sides can test. Our records work for owners and charterers alike: anyone can re-check them, including the other side, and the archived reading for time T does not change when the dispute does.

Data with Receipts. The receipt proves what the named public weather and marine sources reported for that port at that time, and that the record has not been altered since. It is one independent input beside the logbook and the statement of facts, not a replacement for them.
THE BOUNDARY

Evidence, not a laytime ruling.

held on purpose

Dynamic Feed is a neutral witness, not an arbitrator, surveyor or adviser. This receipt is an advisory record of what public sources reported for the port at that moment. It does not interpret your charterparty, does not determine whether a period counted as weather working time, and does not replace the vessel's own observations; laytime clauses and weather definitions vary by contract, so the interpretation stays with your people. Advisory evidence, tamper-evident not tamper-proof, zero personal data, and not legal advice.
