When a delivery runs late or a load is disputed, someone eventually has to prove what the weather was doing. Today that proof is a certified weather letter: ordered from a forensic weather service, priced from $191 into the thousands, and delivered in days. This page returns a signed, independently re-verifiable record of the conditions and official alerts public sources reported for a location, in seconds, keyless. An Ed25519-signed, RFC 3161 timestampable receipt that sits beside your dispatch logs, telematics and photos as one independent input.

Dynamic Feed records the live conditions and any active National Weather Service alerts as observed evidence and returns one Ed25519-signed Decision Receipt produced by /v1/answer. Force-majeure clauses, on-time-delivery penalties, detention and demurrage charges, spoiled-load claims: each one turns on what the conditions actually were at a place and a time. A carrier's own log is necessary but it is the carrier's own word, and a screenshot of a weather app proves nothing about when it was taken or whether it was edited. A record from an independent witness, signed at the moment of observation, carrying its source and observation time, and verifiable years later against a published key, is corroboration both sides can check. Our records work against us just as well as they work for you: anyone can re-verify them, including the counterparty.

This receipt is not a certified government weather record and does not decide whether a force-majeure clause applies; that is a question for the contract and the parties. The alerts feed covers US National Weather Service areas, and this page records conditions as of now; historical reconstructions come from the archive and will be linked here when that ships.
