CLIMATE DISCLOSURE · PHYSICAL RISK · AS OF A DATE

The conditions on the reporting date. Signed.

A physical-risk disclosure cites conditions as of a reporting date: drought severity across a region, active wildfires near an asset, the forecast river discharge on a basin. Those public sources update and overwrite, so years later, when an assurance provider or a claimant asks what the disclosure was actually based on, the underlying number is already gone. This page composes a dated physical-risk snapshot into one signed, independently re-verifiable record of exactly what the named public sources showed that day. When the disclosure is questioned, the record still exists.

LIVE

A dated physical-risk snapshot, signed right now.

Pick a drought region, a US state to scan for active wildfires, and an Australian basin for a river-discharge forecast. Dynamic Feed records all three as observed evidence and returns one Ed25519-signed Decision Receipt produced by /v1/answer, composing what three named public sources showed as of now. Nothing is mocked and nothing is stored about you. Each source layer has its own honest state: if a layer is unreachable it is shown as UNAVAILABLE, never as a calm zero.

Three named public sources, composed into one signed record dated to this moment. US Drought Monitor is national or by state; wildfires and the GloFAS forecast are the public feeds cited in many physical-risk sections.
WHY IT MATTERS

Disclosures cite conditions as of a date.

Physical-risk sections under ISSB and CSRD-class regimes describe what the climate hazards looked like on a reporting date: how much of a region was in drought, whether fires were active near a facility, what the models expected a river to do. Those are readings from public sources, and public sources are revised and overwritten: the drought map advances every week, the wildfire feed drops contained incidents, the forecast run is replaced the next day. By the time an assurance provider, a regulator or a litigant asks what a disclosure was grounded in, the exact number the drafter saw is usually no longer retrievable. A contemporaneous record from a neutral witness, signed at the moment, carrying each source and its observation time, and verifiable years later against a published key, fixes what the named sources were showing when the disclosure was written. Our records work against us just as well as they work for you: anyone can re-check them, including the reviewer.

Data with Receipts. The receipt proves what the named public sources (U.S. Drought Monitor, NIFC WFIGS, Copernicus GloFAS) reported at that time, and that the record has not been altered since. It is one independent input beside the reporting entity's own working papers, not a replacement for them.
THE BOUNDARY

Evidence, not a compliance ruling.

held on purpose

Dynamic Feed is a neutral witness, not an assurance provider, regulator or adviser. This receipt is a record of what the named public sources reported at a moment; it does not assess whether a disclosure meets ISSB, CSRD or any other regime, does not classify or score physical risk, and is not a determination that a hazard exists or does not exist. Disclosure duties and their thresholds vary by jurisdiction and standard and change over time. Treat this as one input beside the reporting entity's own records and its assurance provider's judgement. Advisory evidence, tamper-evident not tamper-proof, zero personal data, and not legal advice.
