Inclement-weather days, with receipts.

Extension-of-time claims for weather are contested on records: the contractor's site diary says the day was lost to rain, the other side asks who measured it, where, and against what definition. Most contracts already state the line, a rain threshold beyond which the day counts. This page evaluates your contract's own threshold against a named public source for your site and returns a signed, re-computable receipt. Mint one each day of the claim period and the diary stops being your word alone.

LIVE

Your contract's threshold, independently evaluated.

Enter the site's town and the rain or wind line your contract states. Dynamic Feed reads the current value from a named public source, evaluates the rule, and returns one Ed25519-signed Trigger Receipt with the methodology and the raw reading each hashed, so either side can re-run the same check. Nothing is mocked and nothing is stored about you.

default: rain at or above 10 mm, a common contract line for a lost day; set the threshold your own contract states. Pair it with /forecast-record to also keep what the forecast said.
WHY IT MATTERS

EOT claims are won on contemporaneous records.

Adjudicators and courts consistently prefer the record made on the day over the reconstruction made for the claim. A site diary is necessary but it is the contractor's own word, and the nearest official station may be far from the site with its history overwritten by revisions. A contemporaneous record from an independent witness, signed at the moment, carrying its source, reading hash and methodology hash, and verifiable years later against a published key, is corroboration both sides can check. Our receipts work against us just as well as they work for you: anyone can re-run the check, including the principal.

Data with Receipts. The receipt proves what the named public source reported for that place at that time, how the stated rule was evaluated against it, and that the record has not been altered since. It is one independent input beside the site diary and any on-site gauge, not a replacement for either.
THE BOUNDARY

Evidence, not an EOT determination.

held on purpose

Dynamic Feed is a neutral witness, not a superintendent, adjudicator or adviser. This receipt does not determine an entitlement to an extension of time, does not compute climatological baselines or "abnormal weather" comparisons, and is not the contractual weather station unless your contract names it; contracts define their own gauges, periods and definitions of inclement weather, so check your own wording. Advisory evidence, tamper-evident not tamper-proof, zero personal data, and not legal advice.
