Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dynamic Feed ("we", "us", "Dynamic Feed") handles information when you use our website and API at dynamicfeed.ai (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account & API data: an API key we generate for you, an optional email address you provide at signup, and basic usage counts (e.g. number of API calls per day).
- Payment data: if you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details, Stripe handles that. We store a plan status and a Stripe customer identifier.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, request metadata) generated by our hosting and network providers for security and reliability.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate the Service (authenticate your API key, enforce usage limits).
- To process subscriptions and manage your plan.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
- To contact you about your account or the Service where necessary.
3. Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your API key in local storage on your device so the live demo works, this never leaves your browser except when you make an API request.
4. Service providers (sub-processors)
We share limited data with providers that help us run the Service:
- Stripe, payment processing.
- Supabase, database hosting.
- Railway, application hosting.
- Cloudflare, DNS and network/security.
- Resend, transactional & operational email (account and alert notifications).
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion (see "Your rights").
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA, and Australia under the Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including access controls on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International users
The Service is operated from, and data may be processed in, jurisdictions outside your own (including the United States, where our hosting providers operate). By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
