Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dynamic Feed website and API at dynamicfeed.ai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Dynamic Feed provides aggregated, structured data feeds (such as AI model pricing, an MCP server registry, service status, and AI news) via a REST API and an MCP endpoint. Features and data may change or be discontinued at any time.
2. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for keeping your API key secure and for all activity under it. Do not share your key or use it for unlawful purposes. We may revoke keys that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
4. Plans, billing & refunds
- A free tier is offered with daily usage limits, which may change.
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (e.g. monthly) basis via Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
5. Data sources, accuracy & not professional advice
The Service aggregates data from third-party and public sources, including government and intergovernmental providers (e.g. NASA, NOAA, USGS, the FAA, the US Treasury / OFAC, the FDA, the US Federal Register, the BIS, the UN FAO and the World Bank), public exchange and market feeds, and other public APIs. Each underlying source remains subject to its own terms and licenses; we identify the origin of every datapoint via a provenance field so it can be attributed to, and verified against, that source. We do not control these sources. All data is provided "as is" and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Independently verify anything important against the original source.
Not professional advice. Dynamic Feed is an information service. Nothing it provides is financial, investment, legal, medical, tax, or regulatory-compliance advice, and it is not a screening, compliance, or determination service. Time-sensitive or regulated data, including prices, sanctions / OFAC listings, drug shortages, regulatory filings and Federal Register documents, is informational only, may be delayed, and must be confirmed against the authoritative official source (e.g. OFAC, the FDA, the relevant exchange or agency) before you rely on it or make any decision.
6. Intellectual property & open data
The Dynamic Feed name, branding, and software are ours. Our aggregated dataset is offered under a CC-BY-4.0 license (attribution to dynamicfeed.ai) where indicated; underlying data remains subject to its original sources' terms and licenses.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic Feed will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or AUD $50. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Dynamic Feed against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
