Was the resource actually there?

When a solar or wind site runs short of the number in the model, the first fork in the argument is simple: was it the plant, or was the resource just not there? A power purchase agreement, an availability warranty and an underperformance claim all turn on that. This page returns a signed, independently re-verifiable record of a named public model's resource values for a site, and where a second independent network is available it corroborates the wind reading, so the argument starts from a neutral record rather than from two sets of screenshots. Every reading Dynamic Feed serves is archived, so what the record said at time T stays re-checkable.

LIVE

The resource record for your site, signed.

Point at a site by latitude and longitude (renewable sites are defined by coordinates, not a postcode). Dynamic Feed records the named public model's per-day resource values for that point, wind and the solar daylight signals, with the cross-model agreement per day, and returns one Ed25519-signed record from /v1/answer. Alongside it, a second signed trigger receipt pins the current wind reading with a second independent network as corroboration where one responded. Nothing is mocked and nothing is stored about you.

solar radiation is not published in this free daily model; the honest solar signals it does carry are the daylight window (sunrise to sunset) and the UV index, recorded as observed evidence. wind is the daily maximum. resource is the model's stated value for the point, not a proxy-station reading.
WHY IT MATTERS

Underperformance arguments start with the weather record.

Before anyone reaches for turbine logs or inverter clip curves, the settlement or the warranty claim has to answer a prior question: how much resource was available at the site over the period. Two parties reading the same public model from their own dashboards, months apart, is not a shared record; it is two memories. A contemporaneous reading from an independent witness, signed at the moment, carrying its source, its observation time and the exact re-fetchable source URL, and, on the wind reading, a second network reading the same instant, is a neutral starting point both sides can re-check. Our records work for the developer, the offtaker and the insurer alike, because anyone can re-verify them, including the other side.

Data with Receipts. The record proves what the named public model reported for that point at that time, and that the record has not been altered since. It is one independent input beside the site's own metering, SCADA and the resource assessment, not a replacement for any of them.
THE BOUNDARY

Evidence, not a settlement determination.

held on purpose

Dynamic Feed is a neutral witness, not a meter, an insurer, a regulator or an adviser. The resource values here are a modelled reanalysis for a coordinate from a named public source, not a calibrated on-site pyranometer or anemometer reading, and a public daily model does not publish shortwave solar radiation, so the solar signal shown is the daylight window and UV index, not irradiance. This is a live-now record: it records what the model reports at the moment you request it, and the archive keeps each reading re-checkable. It does not settle a PPA, does not interpret an availability warranty and does not determine whether underperformance was the plant's fault, and contract terms vary by deal, technology and jurisdiction. Advisory evidence for a dispute file, tamper-evident not proof against every claim, zero personal data, and not legal advice.

FOR DEVELOPERS, OFFTAKERS, INSURERS & ASSET MANAGERS

One API call per resource period.

Asset-management and settlement software can mint a signed resource record for any site the moment a shortfall is flagged, keyless to try, self-serve to scale.
